Returns/Exchange/Store Credit Requests

In the event you are not happy with your item, we are pleased to offer a 7-day policy for requests for an exchange or store credit. Exchanges or store credit are only offered. We do not offer refunds unless item was received defective or damaged, or under certain circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need s copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please send an email within 7 days of receipt of your order to returns@cabbageroseboutique.com with your order number, a description of the item and the reason for your return request. Please also note whether you would like an exchange or store credit. If you would like a size exchange, please note the size you are requesting. If your request is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defective Items
All items are inspected by us personally before shipping. However, we are not perfect and may have missed something. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately and will be in touch with you regarding a resolution. You will not be responsible for return shipping for defective, damaged or wrong items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes Pre-Orders, special orders, personal care items, clearance items & holiday items. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Please note that we cannot guarantee inventory/size availability. In the event your requested item/size is not available, we are happy to exchange for another item of equal cost, or we can issue a store credit.

Refunds
In the event that a refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to a week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
